A: Check-in is 2:00PM and Check-out is 11:00AM.
Q:Can I stay longer after check-out time,11:00AM?
A: The maximum extension is until 14 o'clock. The extension charge is 1,000 yen per hour from 11 o'clock.
Q:Arrival time is going to be midnight...
A: Front desk open for 24 hours. But after midnight, the entrance will be closed. Please press the interphone to tell front staff.
Q:Before check-in and after check-out, can I leave my luggage?
A: Yes. We keep it for you. Please tell the front desk anytime.

Q:Can luggage be sent out from the hotel?
A: Sending out the luggage is received at the front desk. The corrugated cardboard and plastic bag for cover the luggaege are prepared for sell. Please tell the front desk if you would like.

The card of the following credit card companies can be used. Diners Club mastering VISA ･JCB ･DC ･UC card ･ American Express Millioncard ･ TOYOTA Credit card.

A: Yes, we do. It is 800 yen per night. There is limited number of the PC.

A: There is a organic shampoo, named jamlabel. This shampoo includes conditioner and also can use for face-wash and body soap.
Q: Can I use Free Internet with LAN cable and WiFi in the room?
A: Yes, WiFi with no password is required. LAN cable is in the drawer of the desk in all guest rooms.
Q: Can children sharing a bed with other guests sty for free?
A: Children under 12 years old are free. (Lying: up to one child on one bed) If you tell us about the child in advanced, additional towels are prepared in the room before the arrival.
Q: Is there breakfast for children?
A: It is 1000 yen for over elementary school students. Under elementary school students are free. The order can be made at front desk or the restaurant.
Q: I am the member of Richmond Club.Can I have the receipt include Richmond points?
A: Yes, we can make out a hand-written receipt. Please let front staff know If you need.
Q: I lost the receipt...
A: We can reissue the receipt however please acknowledge that ""Reissue"" is stamped on the receipt.

A: The receipt is issued under your reserved name from the automatic adjustment machine after the payment at check-in process. Please let us know before the payment if you would like it under company name or other addressees.
